The PMDT Immunofluorescence Analyzer is a fluorescence immunoassay analyzing instrument intended for use by healthcare professionals to aid in the diagnosis of conditions such as cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, infection, diabetes, renal injury and cancer.
This analyzer uses an LED as the excitation light source. The emitted light from the fluorescence dye is collected and converted into an electrical signal. The signal is closely related to the amount of fluorescence dye molecules presented on the spot under examination.
After a buffer-mixed sample is applied to the test device, the test device is inserted into the analyzer and the concentration of the analyte is calculated by a pre-programmed calibration process. The PMDT Immunofluorescence Analyzer can only accept test devices that are designed especially for this equipment.
This instrument provides reliable and quantitative results for a variety of analytes in human blood and urine within 20 minutes.
This instrument is for in vitro diagnostic use only. Any use or interpretation of preliminary test results must also rely on other clinical findings and the professional judgment of health care providers. Alternative test method(s) should be considered to confirm the test results obtained by this device.
